Terms of Service

1. Order Minimums

All orders require a minimum of 12 pieces per design. You may bundle different garment types (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, hats) within a single order, but each design must total at least 12 pieces. This applies to both screen print transfer and embroidery orders.

2. Pricing

Listed prices are based on screen print transfers and are subject to change. Embroidery pricing may be higher depending on design complexity, stitch count, and placement. All pricing is confirmed after logo review and before production begins.

• Short Sleeve T-Shirts: $13/ea
• Long Sleeve Shirts: $16/ea
• Crewneck Sweatshirts: $25/ea
• Polos: $25/ea
• Hats: $25/ea
• Hoodies: $30/ea
• Button Up Shirts: $30/ea
• Quarter Zips: $40/ea

3. Artwork and Logo Submission

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. We accept most file formats including AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and high-resolution PDF. If artwork adjustments are needed, we will communicate any additional fees before proceeding. All submitted artwork remains the property of the customer.

4. Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. A 25% rush fee applies to orders with a 3-5 business day turnaround, and a 50% rush fee applies to orders requiring 1-2 business day turnaround. Rush availability is subject to production schedule.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer the following fulfillment options:

• Local Delivery: $15 flat fee for delivery within a 15-mile radius of our Leawood, KS location. The delivery fee will be added to your order total.
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $25 for up to 50 pieces. Orders exceeding 50 pieces will be quoted individually based on weight and destination.
• Local Pickup: Free pickup available at our Leawood, KS location during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM).

6. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping or delivery. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

7. Returns and Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect in printing or embroidery, or if we made an error on your order, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no additional cost. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 business days.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund of any deposit. Once production has started, cancellations are subject to a fee based on materials and labor already committed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Museify Design Co. shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
